Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order since our products are 3D printed with precision.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and courier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

Packaging

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Eco-friendly materials are used wherever possible.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • LYRD is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
