At Lyrd, a brand of Eagle Heights Modern Construction and Architect, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D printed products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

We only accept return requests if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order 3D printed items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed

5. Product Variations

All our products are created using 3D printing technology.
Slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Finish

are normal and not considered defects.
